depending on your jurisdiction. In South Africa the local electronic communication and transaction at grants conditional immunity premised on membership in an industry regulating body.Certainly nothing like the blanket immunity that seems to be the intention of s.230 of the CDA (Zeran v. AOL)but moe like the decision of the court in Godfrey v. Demon Internet Ltd (UK).
